One-time placement fee, due when your hire starts. Typical all-in first-year cost is still far below one US support salary.

Additional placements

15% of first-year salary

Half the fee on every placement after your first — growing your team with us gets cheaper, not pricier.

Bi-weekly support calls, hiring and management guidance, priority access to new bench talent, and replacement support.
